As part of the relocation of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, its current site was envisioned to become Vignetto Village, a new high density neighborhood located on the ISHOF peninsula projecting into the Intracoastal Waterway. A collection of townhouses fronted a long promenade bordering a marina, creating a stunning backdrop and allowing the marina to be shared with residents of three multi-story towers that framed the view from the beach into the village. Vignetto Village was designed to complement the new ISHOF facility, employing a similar architectural language and creating a new active Marina destination for the City.
