Jeffery Dawson

Jeff is an ecological designer at PLACE Alliance Northeast with several years of experience working throughout the northeast region. Jeff joined the PLACE Alliance team in June 2017. Jeff manages a dynamic variety of tasks and is an active and effective collaborator with the many participants and partnerships involved in the design process. Through the lens of placemaking, he endeavors to integrate people and places in meaningful ways that balance interaction and integrity. Jeff has worked on a variety of projects at PLACE, Including: Gooseberry Creek Revitalization Strategy, Tannersville, NY; Sidney GreenPlain, Sidney, NY; Mount Holyoke College Project Stream, South Hadley, MA; and a Green Infrastructure Guide, Port Chester, NY. Jeff enjoys the hands-on approach PLACE employs with all its projects through design charrettes and several design-build projects that allows on-going engagement with clients, stakeholders, and project sites.
